Gauchos in Business was founded in Fall 2024 by a group of transfer students who recognized the need for a business-focused community at UCSB, especially in the absence of a formal business major. We created this club to be inclusive of all majors, providing a supportive and collaborative environment where students can develop professional skills, expand their networks, and gain the tools needed for success beyond college. We hope that through our workshops, simulations, and guest speaking events that we can help prepare members for their professional careers.
